Clifford S. Johns, 79, of Yuma, died March 28, 2011, in Yuma.He was born Dec. 20, 1931, in Marchfield, Ore., was a cable splicer for a municipal utilities company and a veteran of the U.S. Army.No services are planned. Johnson Mortuary is handling arrangements, including cremation.
