Not sure what to say?

I just read of Cliff's passing. This is such a great loss of a true professional in his field. I met Cliff about 20 years ago when I made a call on one of his listings. I have never before or since, met a realtor like him. I probably did a dozen transactions with him over the next 20 years. He was the hardest working and most knowledgeable agent I've ever seen. Cliff left quite a legacy, and he will be sorely missed. I count myself fortunate to have crossed paths with Cliff Spence.

Cliff will be missed. I will always remember Cliff by the "big yellow tablet" he used in the beginning years for jotting down the "+'s" & "-" for the potenial buyers. He inspired me with his professionalism and caring Realtor. I used the smaller yellow tablet for many years. Always nice to work with the "professional-Cliff". May he rest in peace. Joel Pickering

Cliff, you will always be remembered as an honorable, gracious man. I was honored to work with you on several occasions. You will be sorely missed! Our thoughts and condolences go out to your family at this very sad time.

Cliff will be missed. I love the calls/run-ins I had with Cliff in the Real Estate world. The smile and enthusiasm he had. Each time I saw him he would comment "This is the Real Estate man right here" haha. He is in good hands now.

Cliff was one of a kind. He had a special way with people and he was ALWAYS working. He helped our family buy two houses, but he was so much more than our realtor. Over the years, I called Cliff for various reasons. He had an amazing list of contacts and always had the right answers. We will miss Cliff but know he is probably having a blast selling houses in heaven.

Sounds like he was a wonderful man and accomplished so many things.

I met Cliff when he joined Angel Berry Realtors back in 1972. I was 12 years old then. He'd been a family friend ever since. He was a larger-than-life presence. We'll miss him.
