I will always remember Cliff as a kind, energetic, knowledgeable, and helpful person. He was loved by all of his co-workers. Rest In Peace Cliff! You will be missed. I'm sorry I will not be able to attend his service today.

Prayers and thoughts to the family. I worked with Cliff more then 30 years at Revenue. He was so knowledgeable , considerate and fun to work with. So sorry that his retirement time was cut so short.

Debra, I was shocked when I saw the passing of Cliff. We just saw you two Monday. I can't image the emptiness and pain in your heart. I was sharing this with my husband. Steve said the he worked closely with Cliff on Motor Fuel Tax task force. They are only a few days apart in age: reality sets in. You are on my mind as I send prayers and blessings. May your fond memories fill the emptiness in your heart. May God wrap his arms around you and give you peace.
