Poppa, You were a great influence to me in my life, I loved every story and every sermon you ever told me. I only hope to follow in your footsteps and be as good a husband and father as you were. I know your spirit will carry on with the birth of my daughter chloe. I will tell her all the great stories about you and she will love you as we all have. You are missed, but I know you are with the lord and all your family. I know I will see you and be with you agian, till then poppa, I love you.

With a passion for Souls, and a plan to reach them! We'll miss his presence and be reminded of our purpose! That New Testament has always been a "Great tool" and it reminds us that time is short! With our condolence to the family and our joy for Clift's contributions...

As a young Baylor preacher I became friends with Beverly. Then her dad came to campus and I got to hear him preach a revival. Then I saw him distributing the Word of God in printed form. He really had an impact on young preachers. Seems like all the great ones are dying.

Poppa, you were so special to me. We had an instant connection from the first time I met you. We have always been joined at the heart. Our newest grandbaby will always be extra special because I know she has your soul. I will miss you greatly and I love you more than you will ever know.
