CLIFF WAS A GREAT GUY, I HAVE A LOT OF FOND MEMEORIES FROM HIGH SCHOOL AND ALL THE GOOD TIMES AT NORTHEAST.
BODALE CRUMP GAINESVILLE,FL

Clif, may you rest in peace and may the perpetual light shine upon you.

Leah, Today's service was such a perfect tribute to Clif and a beautiful celebration of his life! He was loved and admired by all who knew him. He touched so many lives...family, friends, and hundreds of students! He loved his family so much and what an incredible legacy he has! I will never forget how wonderful Clif was to my kids and me - and he taught them well! I am honored to have been a small part of his life. Love you all. Carol Smitherman Anglin and family

I am glad that I waited until today to write my condolences, because I was fortunate enough to be able to attend the memorial service. I was one of those in attendance who had the privilege of having Clif as my instructor. Our ages were only five years apart and although I already had an engineering degree, I was utterly amazed at his math skills. He was, and still is, one of the most gifted professors I have ever studied under. Today, being able to see his grown children, I thought 'what...

Mr. Cliff was a true blessing to my family. My son not only developed the desired math skills, but also gained a caring and compassionate role model. I am eternally grateful for Mr. Cliff. Thank you Leah for allowing him to become such an instrumental gift in Ryan's life. His memory will forever live in our hearts.

SOnly knew clif for a few years

Leah, Tom, Monte, and children, Clif's passing has imbued all of us who knew him with such great sadness . . . I have the fondest memories of him from Haynesville . . . always smiling, always such a gentle person and gentleman, so darn smart. I remember vividly the "Geometry Parties" we would have, Tom, where you and Clif helped us to understand all those theorems and proofs and made sure we passed Mr. Kilgore's tests! And it appears Clif went right on to continue to help so many understand...

Clif was so important to me while pursuing my degrees at LSU-S and then made a difference for our son as his tutor. He was so kind and so very gifted!!

Leah, children and Puppy,
I was so sad over Clif's long illness, but my heart is joyful now that Clif has gone to a better place. I enjoyed a friendship with Clif for over 30 years and he was the kindest person I knew (except when I did something stupid at the bridge table). I pray for God's comfort as you deal with the loss of such a fine husband and father.
