I just learned of your loss, and I am deeply sorrowed. I first met "Skip" many years ago when he worked for General Electric Credit Corp. He and my father, "Wash", were very good friends. It was a pleasure to know him then, and a greater pleasure to later work with him in the SCARNG. You and your family are in my family's thoughts and prayers.

Regret to learn of your loss. COL Saverance was helpful, friendly, and amused with my "accounting procedures" when he inspected the Signal Brigade many years ago.

I had the privilege of working with COL Saverance when employed by USPFO Supply and Services Division. It was a joy knowing him and am shocked and saddened at his passing away. You are in my prayers.

We were deeply saddened to learn of COL Saverance's death. John and I both work(ed) for the National Guard and know that COL Saverance was a dedicated soldier and friend. COL Saverance hired me in 1991 and I'm still in the Internal Review Division! Our thoughts and prayers are with you. May your faith and memories bring you comfort.
