Not sure what to say?

My prayers go out to the family. Cliff Wallace was just beginning his retirement when I came to the VDOT Sandston Residency in 1995. Cliff was an extremely dedicated engineer who took time to teach me and many others how to deliver results. He cared deeply for the employees and citizens he served. He was a Jesus follower. You can't beat that combination. He is probably setting grades along those gold streets in Heaven right now. I know those streets will drain properly should it ever...

Please accept my deepest sympathies to the entire family.

Uncle Clifton, you and Papa (Carlton) look down upon us while in heaven and give us strength everyday. You will be deeply missed and cherished!!!

Cindy and Mrs. Wallace, I just found out about this. I am so sorry I missed the chance to come to the funeral home. You know how I loved Mr. Wallace. Cindy, I treasure our "best friend years" when I spent as much time at your house with you and your Mom and Dad as I did my own from 5th grade until you moved to Mechanicsville. I loved Mr. Wallace's sweet, gentle way. Please know I am thinking of all of you and miss you!

Cindy and Family

You are in my thoughts and prayers.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family in this difficult time. May you find comfort from the time you enjoyed together, the laughter and the joy your father brought you all. May the love of your friends and family surround you and fill your heart as you journey down this hard road. I know that the road...

Cliff was a dedicated public servant, a kind and loving family man and a Christian gentleman. I will miss his friendship.
