To the family, I am so sorry you have lost a beloved husband, father,grandfather and friend.I did not know Mr. Waters, however, I am blessed with a friendship, his son Cliff and his wife Elizabeth. I read an article about Mr. Waters and know that he was well loved and respected. He is at peace. Cliff and Elizabeth, peace be with you too.

Hello To The Waters Family, let me send my condolences to all of you. I knew Doris and clifton through Don Freeman most of all. Doris's Mother and my Uncle Woodroe Collins were brother and sister. I want you all to remember that God is good all the time and I'm sure Clifton and he are having a very wonderful time.

My Thoughts & Prayers Are With Your Whole Family , I will sure Miss seeing Him as will Your Family . But it is a Blessing to Know That Mr. Waters is in Heaven with No pain and suffering , Again Sorry for The Family's Loss My Thoughts & Prayers Will Be with Yall
