Clinton D. Pell

Clinton Pell was always Officer Pell to me. I was and am life long friend of his son Clint. Lt. Pell made a life changing impression on me growing up. As a kid I had so much respect for him he was one of the guiding forces that made he choose Law enforcement as a career. Thank you Lt. Pell for your guidance, mentoring and kindness. You will always live in my heart.
