I met Clive in 1966 at Judson Walker Junior High School 7th grade. We had a group of friends that hung out at McCoy AFB youth center. We were also at Oak Ridge and knew each other as adults and had mutual friends throughout our lives. I last saw Clive at our 45th ORHS reunion 2017. He was friends with my brothers Michael and Freddy Coto and attended Freddie's funeral in 1995. Clive was as most knew him very happy, funny and always a friend no matter how long had passed between visits or...

I have many boyhood memories of Clive and his family. Fishing, hunting, and orange grove battles in an old car we converted into a dune buggy, underage drivers. As life has it we took our paths in life and on occasion we would reach out through reunions and phone calls. Our last conversation was in November discussing personal things and his future arrangements. I hugged my old friend and told him I loved him and he said I love you too. He said I will see you agin! Indeed my friend I hope...

We were fortunate to have gotten to meet Clive. He was a man that believed as I do, that sometimes its the littlest gestures in life, that can matter the most. Gone to young. He is know among the angels, that shine down on us. He will be sorely missed by all. Our Deepest Condolences to Carrie, Family, & Friends that loved him. RIP Clive.

Tom and I spent many happy hours laughing and getting to know Clive the past couple of years while he transformed our 1967 house, Some of the projects were tedious, difficult and complicated but he always figured out a way to solve it. I looked forward to seeing him every day and will certainly miss his stories, news analysis and wonderful humor. Our hearts go out to Carrie, the South Side Coalition, and his many friends and loved ones. We were so fortunate to have known him. Godspeed, my...

Our Deepest Condolences to Carrie and the Dunne Family,
Words can not begin to express the loss and sadness we feel over the passing of our life time friend Clive Dunne. As with many childhood friends, we may go months or even a year here or there without contact but regardless of the time, whenever we did see Clive, he was always the same cheerful Clive, he greeted us with a huge smile, a big hug, and he could always start up an easy, interesting conversation as if time had stood still...

My frienship with Clive goes back to the 80's, we lost touch many years ago however when I looked at this picture the memories came flooding back, Clive was always smiling, always available and kind to everyone. I am saddened to hear of his passing, my condolences to his long time friend Carrie and his family/friends.

Blessings,
Betty Lee
