grandma,
I am busy campaigning every day for my dad, but it's not the same without you. I miss you so much. Pedicures aren't fun anymore.

Mom, I still miss you so much. I wish you were here to celebrate your 75th birthday in 12 days. I will be thinking of you --we all will be thinking of you, loving you and missing you. Thanks for still being my guiding light. love you forever, dina

Mom,
Everyday I miss you more and more, your phone calls on special days or just everyday hour long phone calls about nothing. I have gone to call you so many times to ask you something and realize your not going to answer the phone. Can't talk to anybody like we used to talk, your marker is on the way thanks to David heading the project. Thank you for the 39 years and 51 weeks of the best mother a child could ever have.
Love you Mom,
Chairez #6

Cleo,
You left us way to soon. I remember well, nearly 3 decades ago, when you welcomed me to the family. You introduced me to papas fritas, homemade tortillas, and salsa made the right way. Maybe I can blame a few of my extra pounds on you. Your kindness and achievements have been noted by many on these pages. One achievement they left out was you earning your own college degree, just another example of you striving to improve yourself and the fortunes of those around you. You...

Cleo was a great mother and grandmother. It was a challenge to keep up with her. She was always on the go. Few know that she worked as an instructional aide at Monaco Middle school and at Robinson Middle School, helping students so they would go on to graduate from school. She was very kind and loving and will be missed. Maria Chairez, daughter in law and fellow educator.
