Whenever I go into the Loring C. Jensen Memorial Car House I see the old electric interurban Napa-Calistoga-San Francisco & still today remember the many stories Clyde told me of the service. How he would come by ferry from San Francisco to Vallejo. Take this interurban to see his Uncle in Napa in the early days. I miss our long talks. Knew I was a newbie to the Vallejo area with ties to the Napa Valley. The stories he told me were @ least endless though interesting. Still miss you...

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.

It is of great sorrow that this world loses such a great man. Clyde was a volunteer & member of the Bay Area Electric Railway Association, which operates the Western Railway Museum. To say that he was just a volunteer & member sells him short. Clyde was one of the most dedicated members who was seen weekly operating a streetcar, or playing the role of a car waiter.
