Not sure what to say?

I served with Clyde in the 315th Airlift Wing for many years and I will keep his memory alive with the troops we served with. We will never forget.

I attended Clyde's Air Force military funeral. I stood before the family and spoke to them about a great 30 year relationship with him in the Air Force Reserve with the 315th Military Airlift Wing Charleston AFB SC. Before Chief MSGT Clyde Clayton was lowered down to his final resting palace, I rendered him a final and slow salute. The end of an incredible lift and one well lived.

Mark and I are thinking and praying for you and your whole family during this sad time. Clyde was an amazing man and you will always hear such loving memories forever. He touched many lives and will be missed. He may not be here physically but trust me, he is right there with all of you now and forever. We love you and your family so much. We are just a text or call away. Mark and Pam

Dear Eleanor and Family, I am sorry to learn of Clyde's passing. You and your family were very good to us as children, especially your Mother Mary. I have many special memories of you and your family. I am Margie Cox Hart. My sisters and myself would stay with your Mother in the summer. We were neighbors when your Mom lived on Wentworth Street. Please know I am praying for you and your family. Love and Prayers, Margie Cox Hart

Mr. Clyde and I became fast friends when I bought the house directly across the street from him and Mrs. Eleanor. Little did I know how lucky I was to have moved there! We shared a deep love of gardening and constantly tagged the other saying "hey, come here...I wanna show you something growing in my yard!"

I was blessed to have had my friend in my life for 2 years, but whenever I look at his garden I will remember so many warm conversations that touched my soul because he is...

My condolences to the family. He was s lovely man and I always enjoyed stopping and talking to him and his wife. He would tell me stories about when he worked with my Grandfather. He was the sweetest man ever. Sending prayers

From our family at AdaLease Property Management to your family, we offer our sincere condolences. We know of Sean's deep respect, love and admiration for his Grandfather, Mr. Clyde--and for his Grandmother. He's shared many a story with me about Mr. Clyde, and he always smiles and laughs. We pray these harsh days of loss transition to tender memories of being blessed by one another.
Much love,
Your Sister in Christ and the entire AdaLease Team
