After returning to CC Dickson Co., returning after working for a manufacturer. Dick came over to me during a company meeting and welcomed me back. That meant the world to me and let me know how important employees were to the owners. I was told his father said, "Your only as strong as your weakest employee" Meant to lift others up. Rest in Peace Dick, you truly left a legacy.
