My grandmother was from Bolivar, so I really hope Clyde and I are related! Even so, he was my second father. He was the only adult that would chaperon our High School and College Group on our camping and water skiing trips. He not only watched over us but he was one of us! He even skied, cooked and drank Dr. Pepper with us. He made great pancakes on Saturday mornings. I remember each summer he made Leslie and I wash down their house.
