Not sure what to say?

Shirley, you may never see this, as I just found it, but I felt compelled to comment. In the short time that I knew you and Clyde, I was amazed and gratified at your kindness and hospitality. I wish I had known you both longer. Frank often spoke of you both with affection. We lost Frank Frank and Clyde only months apart. I still grieve as I know you do as well. God bless you. ....Bev Hess

Uncle Clyde was always smiling. I didn't get to visit much growing up, he lived a whole state away, however, I always enjoyed him when we did get the chance to be together. I loved him dearly and was so saddened to hear of his passing. We will all have a little piece missing as we continue on.
Good Bye Uncle Clyde.

Clyde Key was bigger than life while he lived. He was a true actor and was on every waking moment of his life. Truly one of a kind. What wonderful, fun stories he could tell AND they were all TRUE!! He is truly missed by so many.

The Signal Hill City Council extends its deepest sympathy to you in the passing of Clyde Rayburn Key. Clyde was a longtime supporter of the Signal Hill Police Officers Honary Association. The Signal Hill City Council paid tribune and reverence to Clyde, and adjourned the December 15, 2009, City Council meeting in his honor and memory.

"When ever I heard Uncle Clyde's voice I could hear a piece of my dad's voice, James Mayburn Key. I know they are together singing and playing there favorite songs. I miss them both."

Clyde was the best brother-in-law anyone could have. He was the life of the party and never met a stranger. One of the last things I said to him when he asked me how much I loved him was I love you more than black walnut ice cream. That was mine and his favorite. I love you forever Clyde and miss you terribly. Take care of my Bil until we meet again. I bet you have even the angels laughing. You were the best. I love you, Brenda

Uncle Clyde was a true cowboy who was loved by all that ever met him. He loved people and never met a stranger. He was the life of every social gathering and the shinning star of our family. He had a heart of gold, was always in a fantastic mood and had an optimistic outlook about everything. I will miss him and will never forget him. He's now the Marshall of Heaven.

I love and miss you Grandpa and I hope you and Mom are having a good time in heaven

I love you Clyde. I miss you terribly. You were the best uncle a girl could ever have. Your smile will always be with me.

XOXO,
