I worked for Dr. Horve and enjoyed knowing "Moon". He always had a smile, a quick joke and an interesting story. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. My sincere sympathy to you and your family. May he always play golf in heaven.

To the family of "Moon" My pal. WE were kids together.Moon was borne in the same mountains in Tennessee that I was, Fork Ridge and Cabin Hollow.We played football together for Middlesboro High School.I talked to Moon about two years ago for about an hour.I will never forget him.May his sole rest in peace. "Moon" has special memories for my husband and I. My dad and Moon played golf and fished together at Salton Sea and Indian Wells many years ago. I then married Elmer Critchlow from Half Moon Bay and had such a great time when we saw Moon at the golf course.
