Not sure what to say?

I have very fond memories of Clyde and his father BC. Living on Yorktown road, the store was a frequent place for me to go, first with my dad Aubrey and then by myself. Clyde always had a smile on his face and knew where everything was. I miss those memories and my prayers go out to his family.

MAY GOD BLESS THE ENTIRE SMITH FAMILY AT THIS TIME OF LOSS.I JUST HEARD OF CLYDES PASSING THIS MORNING. I CAN REMEMBER WALKING FROM MY FATHERS BOAT YARD TO THE STORE TO GET A BROWNIE DRINK.HE WAS A GREAT PERSON YOU ALL WILL BE IN MY PRAYERS

I remember my grandfather, Glen Phillips, taking me to the store for candy. Mr. Smith always had a smile on his face. He will be missed by so many. God bless....

To the Smith Family, i remember with fond memories of going into the store and seeing Mr. Smith and buying a bottle of pop and walking back home. Keep him in your heart and no he is with God on his loving arms.

Smith family...I am one of the Inge grandkids.....I remember growing up and walking to Smith's everyday to get candy. What a joyful time in my life....my granddaddy would give me a quarter and we would go get a bagful of candy. I remember on snow days from school that would be the meeting place for me and my best friend to walk to in the snow. Those will be some of the best times in my life. What a Poquoson icon Mr. Smith will always be. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.....Emily

Jane and family,
May you all find comfort in knowing that he has passed on to a better place and is now in the best of hands. Keep him alive with your memories and the love you share. He will never be far away. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all.
