Clyde was a true Optimist who always treated everyone as a friend. I had the good fortune of working with him at Eastmoor High School when I was an assistant principal. Mr. Trumbull introduced me to the Southside Optimist Club. Our prayers go out to the Trumbull family and close friends.

You will be missed but your legacy and memory will live on in the lives of those you've touched with your knowledge, love and compassion. Rest well my friend because you've earned it and deserve the rest.
My condolences to the family. May God cradle and comfort you in his arms as you adjust to this transition.
