I knew Ted from my years working at the Lenawee County District Court. He was always kind and considerate, soft spoken, and managed to smile at everyone. I did not know him well, but it didn't take long for me to realize he was a special person who believed in treating people with respect. The world could use millions more like Ted. My sincere condolences to his family.
