Not sure what to say?

Cody was our neighbor in Escondido and a friend of our son, Brady. I did a some school volunteer work with Bunnie and still go by their Escondido house with the American flag flying in their front yard. I attended his funeral and was moved to the core. A long time has passed but we have never forgotten him. Just today I was sharing the story, of his service to his country, with my grandson. Bless his soul. Sincerely, Cindy Mills

i remember cody from 7th grade PE at LRGREEN and even though we were not technically friends, i remember him as just being a legitimately nice, athletic guy and i think we laughed together a couple times. i was recently thinking about all the people we lost from san pasqual high, like cody and isaac and colby and legacies are important long into the future and we would all like to think we are remembered long after we die, and i want that to be true. i remember each and everyone of my...

Cody service will always be remembered.

June 4, 2012
To the family and friends of Sgt. Cody R. Legg:
Always remembering Cody. "Some gave all."

God bless you, brother. It was an honor to serve with you. Only regret not being able to be beside you that day. Had a great time being your roommate while with 2ID in Korea. We had some truly great times. My love and prayers are with your family. You are never forgotten brother. I will remember you always.

I always asked him how he could eat that all the time and not get chubby. He smiled, said he didnt know, flexed his forearms and said, "it seems to work well for me."

On the wrestling team at San Pasqual, he went around to countless neighborhoods and collected donations from...

Memorial Day 2011 - Ft. Rosecrans National Cemetery

To the family and friends of Sgt. Cody R. Legg:
Please accept my remembrance of Cody on the anniversary of his passing and know that he will never be forgotten.

Bunnie, it is Memorial Day and I was thinking of Cody. It has been three years since he left us and it makes me choke up to think about him. When I think of him I see the little michievious 9 year old on our little league team. God bless you and give you strength because I know for you, the loss is immeasurable. Ray Andre
