America lost a real hero today.

Mrs. Hall, I am sorry for your family's loss. I met you and your children at Zach's graduation from AFIT...he was one of my students in the IDE program. Amazing student, officer, and person. His love for you and his family was evident in how he spoke of you. I'll cherish the wooden bowl he made for me. Our family holds your family in prayer.

Zach was a great man with a tremendous heart. I flew plenty of missions with him and he was definitely a cut above. We´ll miss him and our prayers are with you in this time of need.
