Cole Warman, age 36, of Mount Ida left all of his earthly troubles to find peace with his Lord on August 28, 2005.

He was born on April 8, 1969, in Little Rock, the son of Curtis R. Warman and Wanda J. Fox Warman. He was a member of Oak Church of Christ in El Paso, Arkansas. He was a graduate of Beebe High School and attended Arkansas State University at Beebe. He was employed in the family business at Lake Ouachita Shores Marina.

“To know Cole was to love him.” He had a dimpled smile for everyone. He loved Lake Ouachita and truly loved to fish. He will be missed most by his Mama Wanda and Pappa Curt, who will never forget him and will love and remember him everyday of their lives.

Cole is survived by his parents, Curt and Wanda Warman; his brother and sister-in-law, Chris Shane and Teresia Warman; his nephew, Cody Warman; and his niece, Amber Warman, all of Mount Ida; his aunts and uncles, Reva and Bill Lewellen of Maumelle, Dan Warman of Hot Springs, Gerald and Tillie Fox of Fayetteville, Mike Fox of Little Rock and Mildred and Glen Morehart of Edgemont; and a host of loving family and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Thursday, September 1, 2005 at the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs.

Guest registry is at www.davissmithfuneralhome.com.

Not sure what to say?

Dear Curt and Wanda, We are so very sorry for your loss. You are in our prayers every day. May your your family and friends, your faith in God and all the wonderful memories of Cole help see you through this terrible time. Please call us if you need anything or just to talk. We love you.

Dearest Curt,Wanda,Chris,Teresa,Amber,&Cody I just wanted to let you know you are all forever in our prayers daily. Not a day goes by that we are not reminded of a happy moment, or memory of your one of a kind son, brother, uncle & our friend Cole. I dont think I will ever get on a boat, catch a fish, or see a sunset on the lake again without remembering the happy times he enjoyed doing the same. Chris and Teresa, even though family just always expects that nothing bad will ever happen that...

Hercules of Lake Ouachita

Wanda (Punk) and Curt, My heart breaks for you in your loss. The pain of losing family members over the past few months is almost unbearable, but I can't imagine losing my son. I love you both and I will never forget the good things you have done for me and the wonderful memories I have of your place on Lake Ouachita. My prayers and tears are with you. May God give you strength and comfort. Your cousin, Bo

Dearest Wanda and Curt,
My heart aches for you. No parent should have to bury a child. This pain that is ravaging through you now, will become bearable over the years but the scar will always be there. Our family is strong. The Faith of our Godly ancestors will see you through this agony. We only part to meet again.
Love and prayers, Sue and Bob

Momma Wanda and Poppa Curt, just wanted to say personally how sorry I am for your loss. Cole had a heart of gold. Kind, caring, and giving. He would give the shirt off his back if it would help. I know, I've literally watched him do it. Wanda, I could never imagine a mothers heartache at the loss of a child. You are in my prayers and may God watch over you. Poppa Curt, as one dad to another my heart goes out to you. Even in your loss the memories of my own sons life coming flooding back. I...
