Read MoreTad was a loyal friend. We had many good times together. We were neighbors in Mobile in the '70s and '80s and he was a pall bearer at my mother's funeral in November '84. He lived with me for a year and a half in Neptune Beach, FL, 1997-98. Tad was the model of health and fitness when I knew him. I was shocked and saddened to hear of his death. RIP.
