The Frankston Secondary Schools Sports Association has sadly lost a great man who has dedicated 40 years to developing junior sport and providing every student in our district with a maximum opportunity to "have a go". He will be greatly missed. Colin's passion, humour, friendship and endless hard work will always be remembered. Deepest sympathies to the Bowes family.
