I had the pleasure of renting an apartment to Colin in Baton Rouge. He was one of my favorite tenants, always kind and repectful and cooperative. Had a smile when he came to the office. I am shocked and saddened by his passing. I will miss him. I have emails from him if the parents would like me to forward them so you can see how well-mannered and polite he was to me.
