Colleen passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2017. Colleen was a resident of Kentucky at the time of passing. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 23rd, at 11:00 a.m., in the mausoleum chapel at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger KY. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, 3333 Burnet Ave, Cincinnati OH, 45229.
Sincere condolences on the loss of your mother, sister-in-law and friend. I met Colleen herself only briefly, but knew some of her children and her former husband's family. Her death at such a young age is so sad. May happy memories soon replace your loss. Sincerely, Jane May
