Colleen was such a wonderful person, my memories of her always had a smile associated with them.

I was a high school friend of Colleen's. I no longer live in Portland, so I saw her obituary only yesterday when my brother sent it to me. She was one of the most beautiful people I've ever known, both inside & out. I will never forget a conference we attended together in Los Angeles as 17 year olds. We rode the hotel elevator to our room with the late, Bill Russell, who was there with the Seattle Supersonics. Then we saw Dinah Shore at the Shubert Theater (she was dating Burt Reynolds...

Colleen was one of the first people I met as a young mom at St. Thomas More. She was so inviting and warm. I knew no one at STM at the time and felt alone as a working mom trying to make friends in a crowd where everyone seemed to already know each other. Colleen somehow noticed this and encouraged me to get involved and signed me up for the Spaghetti Dinner. We then went on to become friends through STM and youth sports. She always welcomed our children to stop by their lovely home next...

Colleen was such a beautiful person, so sorry to hear of her leaving us, be sure her memories will be carried with those of us who knew her.
