Colleen "Cookie" Uhrbrock

Colleen and I worked together at Pine Grove Manor. We loved what we did. Neither of us considered it was a job. We laughed and enjoyed having parties for the residents. We grew real close. I remember Darin and Chrissy and Don. Sorry that she is gone, but I can see her preparing a huge party for when the rest of us are called home.

To My Friend In Heaven, Sometimes I think you are with me when I hear a voice say, let's plan a party. I'm so blessed to have known you. You taught me a lot and we had fun doing it. I'm sure you have ran into Frank by now. Tell him I miss and love him so much. I think it won't be long till I meet up with you both, but no matter how long it is, I will be thinking of you. Tell Jesus I love Him.

I'm so shocked to see that Colleen is gone. Boys, your mother was a very special. She loved all of you so much. I worked with her at Pine Grove for about 6 yrs. She was like a sister to me. We had fun with all the parties we gave at PGM. She will always be missed and remembered. Darin, I hope you remember me. God bless all of you!
