As the former Genesee County Emergency Manager, I worked closely with Collin on several Homeland security grants and emergency drills and getting the bomb robot & team. He was always so up beat, respectful, and anything I needed from Flint I could go to him. I am heart broken from his passing. He was one of the best! Prayers for his family.
