Paul was a great classmate at the PSP Academy as he was selected as Class Speaker. I was fortunate enough to have served under him with the Strike Force and later, at Departmental Headquarters. He was a true gentleman.

I met Paul when his daughter Lauren and I rode together. He was a great man who lived to take pictures of all of us riding either at the barn or away at horseshows. He always shared a laugh or words of encouragement.

In the short time I knew Paul I found that he was a kind, generous and humble person. I enjoyed our talks about history and astronomy. He was always curious and ready to solve problems. Paul was a fine man. I extend my deepest sympathies to his wife Ginny and his daughter Lauren.
