Not sure what to say?

Joe, you will be missed & remembered well by all your classmates & colleaques

Elaine,

Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
Much love, Patti Meyers

Joe was on the board of the Big Bear Rotary Club when I was president almost 20 years ago. I will alway's remember Col Joe for wearing a Red cumberbund with his tux because Red was the color of the Artillery which he was so proud to serve with in The U S Army.

Elaine and Family...We remember Joe best for his warm and ready smile and droll sense of humor. He was the personification of a true friend.

My buddy Joe was a woderful person and an excellent judge of fine food. I am a chef friend of the family and anytime Joe was attending something I cooked for, he was always the most appreciative and vocal about how much he enjoyed the spread. God bless him and his memory, I think of him often.

Elaine, I really enjoyed working with you amd Joe at LQ Under the Umbrellas and at other Art festivals..Joe was great...and such a good person...I am really sorry for your loss..I will miss him too...you are in my thoughts and prayers....Lee Miller.

Life has not ended, it' merely changed. You have a guardian angel to watch over you until you meet again for eternity. My Blessings and Prayers, Nancy Varga I was a patient of his in Big Bear Lake 15 years ago and now a patient of Dr. Phillips.

Elaine and Joe's family...we are saddened to hear of Joe's death...we have some special memories of being with and around him in Big Bear Lake for several years. He always left us smiling. We share in your loss of this special man. Byron & Carole Koenig
