Commander Norman R. Smith

I was honored to meet Richard when I married his younger brother, Jerry Smith, who passed away in 2010, Richard was there for me since 1995 when Jerry had a stroke. Richard was always there for me, he was a really always great compassionate man, and we had so much fun with he and Linda, skiing, boating and golfing.
