Concha's life started from humble beginnings. She was the 6th child of Francisco Castaneda and Filiberta Romero. Her parents instilled in her the beliefs of the catholic faith. Her journey in the faith started on her baptismal day and continued until her last day here on earth(July 8 2014)She passed on those beliefs to her children. Her role on this life was to be a mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother.

Alicia and family,
It was a pleasure knowing your mother. She is now in our Lord's hands at peace and proud of all her children. My prayers be with you all.

Extending my deepest sympathy to the Valenzuela Family on the loss of your mother and praying that your faith will give you strength in this sad time.

Alicia and Carmen, although you may find yourself in a tough and mournful time, know that your mother is victorious in her reunion with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. I can only hope to be one day the dedicated and loving children you have been for your mother. It has been a pleasure to be a friend of you and your family. May God continue to bless you and your family in this difficult time.
