Concepta (Connie) St. Hilaire was born on October 24, 1969. She tragically passed away at age 52 on June 25, 2022.
The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church with Rev. Alexander Ambrose, celebrant. Rite of Committal will follow at Lakeview Cemetery in Wichita Falls under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
Connie began working at AT&T in 2007 and quickly climbed the latter. It was during her time of employment here that she chose to pursue both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business in Project Management at The University of Phoenix. Her final title at AT&T was project manager.
There is nothing on this planet Connie loved more than her children. She often found herself unable to enjoy new experiences if her children weren’t there with her. She also found joy in working outside and taking care of her land and spending time in the outdoors, often going to the rodeo and listening to Country music.
Connie was preceded in death by her father, Cletus Mukoreka,; and her brother Stanislas Masike.
She is survived by her two children, Caitlin Masike and Jason Jr.: her two sisters, Misi Fierro and Scholastic Mukoreka; her brother Christopher Masike; her mother Constance Mukoreka; and her many nieces and nephews.
A lunch will then be provided for immediate family and those traveling in from out-of-town at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church.

My dear young sister Concepta tragically died on 25th of June 2022. Our hearts are broken. You were such a beautiful and intelligent human being. Remember what I used to say to you when you were a young lady. How come Connie you have beauty and intelligent brains? You used to laugh at this and say Sisi Julie you are funny, you knew it was true . You were hard working. A loving mother to your children. I loved Connie, more than words can say!!
She came into my life about 3 years ago when I had a lot of difficult stuff going on. Through her wisdom and friendship I feel like she saved me. We became fast friends. My daughter is 3 months older than Caitlyn and we always said 22 going on 38!! Way smarter than us. She loved her kids so very much we spent most of our time bragging and celebrating their accomplishments. And she was so much fun!!!
