Not sure what to say?

Elena, Jim, Tyler, Kayla, Tina, Chris, Delaney, Sean and Connor -
I wanted you to know that my thoughts are still with you as you travel the journey towards peace. I wish for you all comfort and love in the days to come.

To those who wrote such kind things about our mother, "thank you" is just not enough. We will always remember your kind words and that she was loved by many. May God bless each of you!

Elena and Tina,
I wrote this during your mother's last hospitalization . . . I haven't written rhymed verse in 2 decades, but these words came forth as if summoned. In times of great emotion my spirit has sought comfort in the written word; I am not at all surprised that your mother inspired these! I hope they bring you comfort as well; take care.

My friend is the victim, cancer her killer.
One day living whole, then with a fate unjustly delivered.
She left the earth early,...

It was a pleasure working with Connie and knowing her both professionally and personally. She was a role model and an inspiration. She touched so many lives in such a special way, and we are all better off for just having known her. She is Home now.

I will always remember Connie for her patience and enthusiasm in any class she taught at HDH. You will be missed. May God bless your family during this time.

Connie, I was blessed to know you and work with you these past few years. Your strength, faith and positive energy will continue to inspire me. I know you are at peace now and watching over the family that meant so much to you.

Connie...a blessing to all who have known her...a person who brought love and kindness...Connie "made a difference!"

Connie, thank you for leaving me with "The Platinum Rule": Do unto others as they would have you do unto them. It is a lesson for living I shall carry with me always.

Connie had the patience of a saint when it came to my near constant requests for computer help. I'm sure she'd be pleased to know that I've managed to actually remember some of the skills she taught me. She had a gentlenss and genuine kindness about her that drew me to her as a friend and I will miss her.
