Not sure what to say?

My heartfelt condolences to family at the passing of their angel. I'm saddened deeply at the temporary separation of my former neighbor, ward member, KHS class mate, and friend. As Neil Diamond sang,"Done too Soon". So appreciative for the knowledge of where Connie is and the limitless joy that is hers in the eternities, when families reunite. She was-and ever remains...an angel. Til we meet again Connie. Rob McCleve

Connie and I were KHS choir mates. We were roomies when our Madrigal choir toured Europe in summer of 1971. I was excited to discover she lived in Arkansas, next door to Oklahoma where I live. I thought we might get together sometime but alas I waited too long to make that happen. She was a great friend in the old days and I am pleased to hear she carried on with her sweet and entertaining ways.

My sympathy to the family, I knew Connie in High school, she was very talented and a good friend. Angi Baldwin

I was so fortunate to know Connie with the Heartland District of Civitan. She did a great job as treasurer before turning the job over to me last year. She will be missed.

Bye for now my sweet friend. We had many good times over the years – family campouts at Moon Lake, Friday night bridge (I never did learn how to finesse), the Clubs, holiday parties, backyard bbq's. I can still hear you sing The Lord's Prayer at my father's funeral and playing the organ at my mom's funeral . Always a lady – always a good friend. I will miss you. Laura

Although I didn't know Connie long, all of us from Hope Civitan Club are sorry to loose her. She was very instrumental in getting our club organized. She was a lovely lady! We will miss her.

We were privileged to know Connie through her service with the Civitans. For many years, Connie has been the DJ at the annual Halloween Dance at AUI sponsored by the Civitans. Our clients and staff were very saddened to learn of Connie's passing and extend our condolences to her family and friends.

I knew Connie as a dependable Civitan friend. She will be missed by her friends in the Heartland District of Civitan.
