Connie was born on August 5, 1943 and passed away on Monday, August 13, 2018. Connie was a resident of New Braunfels, Texas at the time of passing. Connie loved her family and spending quality time playing games, reading, sewing, gardening, crafts, attending her great-grandchildren's school plays and sports events, and cooking all her new recipes from her favorite cooking shows. A Visitation will be held at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, August 20, 2018 from 6:00PM - 9:00PM. Funeral Service will be at 12:30PM, Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at Cibolo Valley Baptist Church, 5500 FM 1103 Cibolo, Texas, with the interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
Connie was like a second mother to me. She was a very joyful and wonderful person. With her son Gary as my best friend for over 30 years Connie has always been a part of my life. Always giving wise biblical advice and motherly love when needed. I will miss you, but I will see you again.
