Connie S. Schwartz

Connie was born on March 27, 1960 and passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2016. Connie was a resident of Hudson, Illinois at the time of her passing. She was married to Gary. According to her wishes no funeral service will be held. A Celebration of Connie service will be scheduled at a later date.
