Not sure what to say?

Connie, Cheryl, my husband (Milton), and myself all sang together in the Voices for Christ choir at Payne Memorial. This was many years ago. Eventhough we went in different directions, God always reconnected us. Most of the times it was in a restaurant feeding our faces. it was always good to see her, Rev. pearl, sometimes Cheryl, sometimes Carolyn. Always smiling, always hugging. Connie you will be missed. The Thomas family, I know you know to trust and lean on God. Enough said.

There are few people whom you meet and instantly feel a connected to - Connie was one of those people. Her passion and zeal for the Lord was only matched to that for family, friends and the body of Christ. She was and remains my example of what an armorbearer, standard maker and woman of God looks like. My condolences to her family and those we never got to meet or know her.

Extending my condolences during your time of bereavement. You know you can find strength through your relationship with God our Father and in knowing that Connie's living was not in vain.

I pray that the knowledge that Connie's was a life well-lived serves as a source of strength and encouragement during this difficult time. The last time we spoke, she ended the call w/ a cheerful "love you CJ" and that is how I will remember her --full of enthusiasm and having a smile that produced the deepest dimples I've ever seen.

Love always,

Charlotte Jarreau

To Rev. Pearl Thomas & Family,

I am deeply sadden of the loss of Connie. I worked very closely with her and saw the transformation in her life as it was happening. It was GOD's gift that I witnessed some of her works and deeds. She will remain in my heart forever.
