CHICOPEE – Connor Joseph Bilodeau, 25, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2016. Connor was born on October 30, 1990. Raised in Chicopee, MA he attended Streiber Elementary School and graduated from Chicopee Comprehensive High School in 2009.
After high school he attended Divers Academy International in New Jersey and went on to work as an underwater welder. His career took him to New York to work in the Hudson River before moving to Louisiana to continue welding on off-shore rigs. He returned home in 2011 and was since employed by Notch Mechanical Constructors in Chicopee.
Connor is the son of Albert and Patricia Jane (Sullivan) Bilodeau and is also survived by his sisters, Maureen Bilodeau of Chicopee and Erin Rulnick of Feeding Hills, as well as Erin's husband Joel Rulnick and their three children, Kaleb, Sofia and Lucas. He also leaves behind his paternal grandmother, Dolores Bilodeau, a large, loving family of Uncles, Aunts and Cousins and the love of his life Emily Frederic.
The family will receive friends on Monday, October 24, 2016 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Corridan Funeral Home, 333 Springfield St., Chicopee.
