The reputation of Judge Bletzer preceded him and he was probably loved and respected by thousands who never met him but passed his office on Market Street for many years. If you needed help, legal or other, "Bletzer" was the first name people would give you. I graduated from St. Col's in 1964 so I was unaware that he was considered the best athlete from St. Col's. I was not surprised.

Judge Bletzer,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the U.S. Army during the Korean War. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

To the Bletzer family my deepest sympathy. I was so sad to hear about Connie's passing. LIving next to the Bletzer's every summer at White Horse Beach since i was about 9 yrs. Old was an adventure. My self & my 5 siblings have such great memories because of Mr.Bletzer. He would have us all sit in the back yard & around a campfire telling us scary stories while we roasted marshmello's.
