I have known Connie since I was a kid. He was among the first to welcome home each of my three children, and when life was crazy he let me know he was around. He was my friend, and I adored him. His wit and intelligence could take on the best of debators, his charm was unlike any I had ever seen. He certainly has enjoyed the political banter taking place this election year, and if asked he would tell you flat out how he felt and what he thought. His liberal approach to life in general was...

Connie and his "positions" with the town fathers will be remembered forever. It was great fun to be with around him whether or not he agreed with me. I will miss the banter.

My sincerest sympathies to you all. I was just getting to really know Connie through my sister, Jean. It was so enjoyable to talk with him. He was truly a man of many talents and wisdom. He will truly be missed
