Sorry to hear of the loss of an old neighbor and health club friend. I've known Smokey for over 40 years and my sincere condolances go out to the family.

I fondly remember the days of when Smokey umpired and reffed many of our games while living in Bethlehem. I also remember of being introduced to the steam room at the Y and always seeing Smokey in total peace and calm.May you rest in peace Smokey . God Bless you and your family .Our prayers are with you and your family at this time .

There was a sign hanging on Smokey's locker today at the Y. It said R.I.P Smokey..That says it all..He will be missed..

I befriended Smokey just a few short years ago at the YMCA and I was deeply saddened to hear about his passing. He surely will be missed. My deepest condolences to his family.
