Rest in God's warm peace sweet lady. I worked with Lorraine for many years at Mervyn's. She was as beautiful and kind inside as she was out. She was the most eloquent person I had ever met with a laugh that would fill the room. I am so thankful that God chose to have our paths cross - if even for a short time. God's blessings to her family.

Mrs. Abels always welcomed her children´s friends to her home in the most gracious way. One day she was eating a green thing I had never seen. An avocado. I thought it was the color of kitchen appliances! She gave me a slice and I was hooked. Or if she had the Hibachi grill going on the patio you were always offered a hot dog. She was a great person. My condolences to her entire family.

Diane (and family), I am sorry for your loss! Your mother was a beautiful, strong woman. You have my deepest sympathy. Love to you all.
