LAKELAND -- Mrs. Constance M. Brown of Lakeland died Sunday (Jan. 18, 2004) in Plant City. She was 84. Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Hopewell Funeral Home, Plant City. Services will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home chapel.
