Constance Capel Obituary

Constance Capel (Connie) nee Ostovitz, a resident of Pasadena, Md, passed away on October 27, 2021 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. She was born in Baltimore City on December 23, 1944 to the late William and Minnie (Schneider) Ostovitz. Connie was predeceased by her husband David Capel and brother William Wayne Ostovitz. She is survived by her two nephews Tim and Chris Ostovitz; three stepchildren Marie, Randy and Bill; and many cousins. Connie was avid reader, sports fan and loved dogs. She enjoyed Christmas Eve get-togethers, and summer crab feasts. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John the Evangelist Church in Severna Park on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to your favorite charity in Connie's name. Connie was very thoughtful. She would always check on my sister especially if she had not seen her in a few days. Whenever I would pull up to visit, my sister, Connie would always came out to check on us. She would wave, see if all was well and if we needed anything. She will be missed.
