Connie was an exceptionally loving and patient foster parent for many and with KMHS Intensive Children's services treatment foster care program , going above and beyond. We called her the energizer bunny because she always has more energy than those half her age. Connie was welcoming to any child and any story, always giving those kids a chance. She and Tom have made an impact unknown in number to our community. We will miss you Connie!
