Mrs. Dempsey was my Albany mother who my real mother told not to let me get away with anything and to feel free to discipline if (when) I got out of line - and which I did fairly frequently. Dear Connie, Fran and family, So sorry to hear about your mother, but from all I hear from my father she lived her 95 years well!
