TROY - Constance R. Ely, age 87, of Troy, OH passed away on October 8, 2025.  Service will be held at 12:00 PM on Monday, October 13, 2025, at the Union Baptist Church with visitation from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Monday.  Arrangements are being handled by Baird Funeral Home.
